- You can easily inquire about the remaining balance on your Gift Certificate at the salon.
- All Gift Certificates are dated and are valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
- If you return unused products purchased with a Gift Certificate within 28 days, you’ll receive a refund via a new Gift Certificate.
