Tim is a Master Stylist with over 35 years of experience in cutting, colouring, styling and perming. He built much of his career in London before relocating to Oxfordshire.

He brings a thorough, detailed approach to every consultation, and his specialisms include curly haircuts, highlights and perms.

Anya grew up in Poland, where she began her hairdressing career before moving to England seven years ago. With over 15 years of experience, she's a self-proclaimed perfectionist for whom 'good' is never quite enough — and it shows in her results. She's our go-to for colour: bespoke blondes, highlights and beautifully seamless balayage.

Her specialisms include bespoke hair colour, curly haircuts, ladies' haircuts, men's hair systems and hair extensions, and she's trained in the AirTouch technique for both balayage and highlights. Our in-salon qualified teacher, she also offers hijab-friendly and autism-friendly appointments. Shanika is one of our colour specialists, with a genuine gift for highlights and balayage — some of the most beautiful colour work you'll find in the salon. She takes real care and precision over every colour, and it shows: seamless, dimensional highlights and natural-looking balayage that clients come back for.
