Not able to visit our salon in person? No problem! You can also purchase our gift vouchers over the phone by calling 01235 534705. We’ll be delighted to process your order and arrange for delivery.

Flexibility of Purchase
Gift vouchers can be redeemed any time within aa 12 month timeframe on any service (aside from any promotions and subject to terms). So if you are unsure what the recipient is looking for, leave the booking to them! Our Stylists will do the rest.
Redeeming the gift voucher is easy. Simply book an appointment, present the voucher code when booking at the salon and we’ll deduct the cost from the bill.

- Flexible Payment: Gift Certificates can be used as full or partial payment for appointments or products at our salon.
Accurate Recipient Information: Please double-check the recipient’s email address when ordering Gift Certificates to avoid any redemption issues.
Exclusions: Gift Certificates cannot be combined alongside promotions or used to purchase additional Gift Certificates.
Balance Check: You can easily inquire about the remaining balance on your Gift Certificate at the salon.
Validity Period: All Gift Certificates are dated and are valid for six months from the date of issue.
Non-Refundable: Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
Returns with Gift Certificates: If you return unused products purchased with a Gift Certificate within 28 days, you’ll receive a refund via a new Gift Certificate.
Security: Please safeguard your Gift Certificate, as we are not liable for any unauthorised usage, loss, or theft.
Exclusivity: Gift Certificates cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to management approval.
Cancellation Policy: The standard salon cancellation policy applies to all Gift Certificate purchases.
Appointment Claim: This offer must be claimed before booking an appointment and cannot be added later.
Gift Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and can’t be refunded for cash.
Offer Limitations: If multiple offers are claimed, Wisteria Avenue reserves the right to choose which offer to accept.
