- Gift Certificates can be used as full or partial payment for appointments or products at our salon.
- Please double-check the recipient’s email address when ordering Gift Certificates to avoid any redemption issues.
- Gift Certificates cannot be combined alongside promotions or used to purchase additional Gift Certificates.
- You can easily inquire about the remaining balance on your Gift Certificate at the salon.
- All Gift Certificates are dated and are valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
- If you return unused products purchased with a Gift Certificate within 28 days, you’ll receive a refund via a new Gift Certificate.
- Please safeguard your Gift Certificate, as we are not liable for any unauthorised usage, loss, or theft.
