We'd love to help
Let's talk about your hair first
We really appreciate your honesty. If your hair is in a fragile or compromised state, we'd always recommend a consultation before any colour service — not to gatekeep, but because we genuinely want to give you the best possible result, and sometimes that means taking a step back first.
What we'd suggest
Book a Consultation: Complimentary, no obligation — we'll assess your hair in person and map out a realistic plan
Consider a treatment first: Our JOICO 4-step treatment can dramatically improve hair health before any chemical service
We'll be honest with you: If your hair isn't ready for colour, we'll tell you — and give you a clear path to get there
Not sure? Give us a call or pop in — we're always happy to chat.
Colour · Question 7 of 9
My hair is showing...
Grey coverage significantly affects which service is right for you.
No greys at all
Some greys — noticeable but not dominant
A lot of greys
Almost or completely grey
Colour · Question 8 of 9
If I could change one thing about my existing colour, it would be...
Pick whichever resonates most.
A softer, more blended result
I'd like to go lighter overall
A less blocky, more dimensional colour
Just a better overall colour
A softer regrowth line
Better grey blending
The tone — it's too warm, too ashy, or just not right
Nothing — I'm happy with it, just need a refresh
Colour · Question 9 of 9
My last hair colour appointment was done by...
A professional
Me — I did it myself
Someone else who isn't a professional
I've never had my hair coloured
⚠️
Consultation required
We need to see your hair in person first
When hair has been coloured at home or by someone without professional training, there are too many variables for us to safely book a standard service without seeing it first. This isn't a barrier — it's us protecting your hair and making sure we deliver something you'll love.
Why a consultation matters here
Unpredictable results: Home dye — especially box colour — contains metallic salts that can react badly with professional lighteners
We need to assess: Porosity, elasticity, existing colour build-up and overall condition before recommending anything
It's complimentary: Our consultations are free and take around 20–30 minutes
We'll make a plan: You'll leave knowing exactly what's achievable, how many appointments it will take, and what it will cost
Not sure? Give us a call or pop in — we're always happy to chat.
Colour · Final question
My last colour appointment was...
Within the last month
1–2 months ago
3–4 months ago
4–6 months ago
I've never had it coloured
Haircut · Question 1 of 6
How are you feeling about your hair right now?
Be honest — there's no wrong answer here.
I want a big change — something noticeably different
I'm happy with my last haircut, I just need it freshening up
I have curly hair and need someone who understands it
I'm growing my hair and just need it maintained
I'm not really sure — I just know something needs to change
Haircut · Question 2 of 6
When was your last haircut?
Within the last 4 weeks
6–8 weeks ago
3–4 months ago
I genuinely can't remember
Haircut · Question 3 of 6
How would you describe your hair?
Fine & straight — tends to go flat easily
Thick & straight — heavy, lots of it
Wavy — it has a natural wave or loose movement
Curly or coily — a defined curl pattern
Haircut · Question 4 of 6
How long is your hair currently?
Short — above the jaw
Mid-length — jaw to shoulder
Long — below the shoulder
Very long — past the mid-back
Haircut · Question 5 of 6
What bothers you most about your hair right now?
Pick whichever resonates — even if your hair is generally fine.
It goes flat and has no body or life
It feels too heavy — it drags everything down
It's frizzy and difficult to manage
The ends look damaged or straggly
It just doesn't have a shape — it does nothing
Nothing really — I'm fairly happy with it
Haircut · Question 6 of 6
How do you usually wear your hair day-to-day?
I let it air dry — the less effort the better
I blowdry it most days
I use heat tools regularly — straighteners or curlers
It's almost always tied up
Extensions · Question 1 of 6
What's the main reason you're thinking about extensions?
Pick whichever fits best — we'll work out the rest from here.
I've always wanted longer or fuller hair — I'm ready to try
I've had them before and loved them — I'm coming back
I currently have extensions from somewhere else and want to switch
I have a special occasion coming up and want a temporary boost
My hair is fine or thin and I want it to look fuller
Extensions · Question 2 of 6
What would you most like extensions to do for you?
Give me more length
My hair just won't grow past a certain point
Make it look thicker
My hair is fine and I want it to look fuller
Both — length and fullness
I want a complete transformation
A boost for a special occasion
Wedding, event — or just trying them for the first time
Extensions · Question 3 of 6
How long is your hair right now?
This is important — extensions need a minimum amount of natural hair to attach to.
Very short — above the ear or a crop
Short — around jaw length
Mid-length — chin to shoulder
Long — below the shoulder
💛
A gentle heads up
Your hair may be a little short for extensions right now
Extensions need enough natural hair to securely attach to — generally at least jaw length as a minimum. Any shorter and there isn't enough to blend or bond safely, and the result won't look natural.
What we'd suggest
Give it a little time: Once your hair reaches the jaw, you'll be in a great position to start
Come in for a chat: We can assess in person and give you a clear idea of timing and what's achievable
In the meantime: A treatment to improve condition now means your hair will be in the best possible state when you're ready
