If you feel that you need additional support, please do not hesitate to ask in advance of any booking. If it’s possible and we have the availability to accommodate any requests, we will endeavour to do so. In any case, we can help you to feel more comfortable to ensure the experience and time spent with us is maximised.
If you feel the day-to-day salon environment may be a hurdle too far, we dedicate specific time slots throughout the week to autism-friendly appointments. If you are looking to book, please contact us beforehand to ensure we can prepare to make any necessary adjustments for you.

All we ask is that if there is anything we can help with to be as welcoming as possible is to let us know in advance of any booking.
It tends to vary from client to client. We would encourage you to make us aware the first time to ensure that not only your first visit is relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Additionally, this ensures that any following visits are as consistent and managed by Wisteria Avenue and your Stylist long-term.
Our salon has taken measures to support our clients gaining valuable insight from existing clients and the Autistic Society to ensure we can be as welcoming as possible.
