A lot of salons won’t offer a tailored service for curly hair so prices elsewhere are hard to come by are are typically priced as normal haircuts.

Absolutely, understanding your curl pattern assists in tailoring cuts, colours, and styles that accentuate your natural texture for a more effective approach to haircare and styling.

Will my Stylist know what I'm talking about when I tell them my curl type?

Our Stylists are experienced with curly hair.

They will quickly be able to identify your curl patterns, and through experience of working with curls how your hair behaves.

I don't understand the curly hair chart?

That’s okay.

It’s not essential to know your curl pattern. In this instance the consultation will take on a much more consultative and helpful approach to assisting.

My hair is lots of different types of curls so it doesn't fit one curl pattern

This is surprisingly common, however most clients with curly hair have more than one curl pattern and this is usually due to the weight of hair making the curls fall out.

Can you colour curly hair at Wisteria Avenue?

Of course.

Bookings can be made in the normal way. The skin test doubles as a consultation meaning any specific curly hair questions would be identified and addressed in advance of any appointment.
