The second part of this answer is if you have a date in mind for an appointment, schedule a consultation as soon as possible and as much in advance as possible and we can do our best to accommodate you (regardless whether availability exists when booking online). A lot of appointments, more so for colour changes can require a lot of stages to the appointment and therefore specific times and therefore unlikely to be something you can book via our website (or any hair salon website given how niche the timings can be). That being said, significant changes to the appointment type such as switching from balayage to an all-over colour aren’t possible on the day. This is because different services require different timings, techniques and in some instances this can prove highly restrictive, particularly with other appointments already in the diary. For example, a balayage appointment might take three to five hours, while an all-over colour could require half this time. You are in-effect booking a stylist for a specific time; changes can affect their availability and other appointments around your own.
