Terms & Conditions
- This voucher entitles any customer to 50% OFF a Wash, Cut & Blow Dry or Restyle when they introduce a friend to Wisteria Avenue (a client who has not previously visited the salon in any capacity).
- Acceptance of the offer is at the discretion of Wisteria Avenue.
- To qualify for this offer, two people must book hair cuts which qualify for the offer. One person booking an appointment who has been referred would not qualify for this offer.
- Both hair cuts must take place either simultaneously or back to back to be honoured.
- In the event that one party cancels, the offer is no longer valid.
- There is no limit as to how many times this voucher can be claimed, so long as the introduction is a different (and new client to Wisteria Avenue). In practise, you cannot introduce an existing client, neither will we accept a client who has already booked into the salon as a client as part of this offer. In addition clients introduced who visit on separate days invalidate this offer.
- We do not accept a reintroduction of an existing client, neither any lapsed clients who have formerly visited the salon.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any offer.
- In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, this discount is null and void.
- This offer is subject to approval of management and can be removed without prior notice.
- This offer is not available on Saturdays or midweek after 4 pm.
- Cannot be claimed once an appointment has been booked.
- If multiple offers are claimed, it is at the discretion of Wisteria Avenue as to which offer they accept.

All appointments carry an in-salon consultation at the time of the appointment. For example when booking a haircut, our Stylists work through your likes and dislikes, any questions, their opinion and anything else you would like to discuss.
Typically more detailed hair colour appointment requests are best discussed in person than over the phone. Usually more specific questions about whether something can be achieved or if a certain colour can be done are best answered when all the available information can be worked through. In this case a consultation is valued because hoping to answer any more detailed questions. It’s usually much more helpful for our Stylists to understand your hair history, hair type, what your hair feels like and to offer tailored advice while ensuring you are booking the correct hair appointment.
Yes! We stock JOICO products in salon.
Some of these products will not be available due to stock levels, however most products can be ordered and available to collect within a few working days.
Wisteria Avenue offer most hair services. These include but are not limited to haircuts, hair colours including highlights, balayages, ombres, tints, scalp bleaches, blow drys, perms, children’s haircuts, barbering, gents haircuts and more.
