Hair appointments can be made in a number of other ways, however online bookings are simplest and can be accessed 24/7 at www.wisteriaavenue.co.uk/bookings

So long as the cancellation is made more than four days before the appointment is due, you can cancel online.

We do however operate a cancellation policy which can be accessed via a text message received upon booking.

Right now we don’t offer that functionality, however we do accept telephone orders and can facilitate product sales in salon.

We hope this functionality to purchase products online will be available shortly.

Typically some haircutting appointments can be adapted or juggled if we need to extend the time. 

Hair colours do need more notice so we tend to advise booking first, but scheduling the skin test as far in advance of the appointment as possible to avoid the possibility of needing to change the date of the appointment entirely.

We occasionally run promotional offers and discounts for select hair colour and haircut services. 

These often carry a timeframe before they are invalid and are at the discretion of the salon.

Usually these do not run across December, however if you are unsure please check with the hair salon before booking.

We have a Stylist who has curly hair herself and has struggled in much the same way as everyone else who has curly hair and can’t find a good haircut!

We have another Stylist with more than 30 years cutting curly hair who specialises in this field.
