• Gift vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for appointments or products at the salon.
• Please double-check the recipient's email address when ordering, to avoid any redemption issues.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with promotions or other offers, and cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
• Where a voucher and a salon promotion could both apply, Wisteria Avenue reserves the right to choose which to accept.
• You can check the remaining balance on your voucher at the salon at any time.
• All vouchers are dated and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
• If you return unused products purchased with a voucher within 28 days, you'll receive a refund via a new voucher.
• Please safeguard your voucher — we are not liable for any unauthorised use, loss or theft.
• The standard salon cancellation policy applies to all voucher purchases.
